The global world: a curse or a blessing?
Well folks that's the question i constantly ask myself every time i surf through the net but so far i still dont have the answer, i still lose my mind whenever i think of the capabilities of social media, how this little monster can create so many opportunities and possibilities for individuals all ova the world, which is unbelievably beyond shocking..such an ordinary thing doing extraordinary things for the society. It has a way of making one get carried away, well i'm talking from experience folks, it has become a habit, my daily routine..i'm a net maniac myself.

Web based technology have a way of taking over one senses whether be used for entertainment, social interaction or simply increasing production in an organisation. Kids as young as 9 years have accounts on various social network such as Facebook, Twitter. LinkedIn etc., they rather go online than play outside like normal kids..speechless,what about the coming generation huh? oh even older women and men are connected these days..mmm who would've thought..our very own mothers and fathers. Well is the emerging global world slowly taking away our very own senses? from my side i dont know cause as far as i know i would not survive long time without going online on one of my networks..but will it ever stop?
Technology has taken over our lives for real, we can't go anywhere without our phones. We are hopeless without those machines. I tell you I'd die without my phone for a week, it's second nature to us now.

DeleteIt is a curse according to me but I see it as a blessing also just look at many opportunities it has given us but it also bad esp to the teenagers
ReplyDeletewell i completely agree with u mr Majola..teenagers misuse it badly..posting all unnecessary stuff on social networks..explicit photos..pornographic video..portrayal of the use of drugs and alcohol u name it..it is beyond shocking i tell u
Deletetechnology has taken over for real but it will depends on us how we take control of how we use technological devices.being addicted to the internet is by individual's choice.
ReplyDeleteit is not by choice..lyk i mentioned above that the internet has a way of taking away one senses and making you feel lyk it is a need..it is socially interactive and entertaining so it makes you feel like you belong and forget about all ur troubles..that is why many people around the world are socially connected

Deletetechnology has taken over indeed,i personally cant go anywhere without my phone.firstly it entertains me when im bored and i get to do alot with it.i can access the net at any time of the day,which i think its a gud thing for me...i conclude by saying yes social media is a blessing.

DeleteHoney I'm one of them like each and everyday I spend like 3hours surfing on the internet and believe you me I can't go a day without it. I think it's an everyday life that one cannot live without and it's technologhy, it has made our lives more easier and interesting.

DeleteTechnology has take over the world and make it small because now you can be communicate to any person around the world without going to talk to them face to face. we have been introduct to facebook, twitter,mxit,etc so we can communicate to are loves one no matter haw far they are, technology bring them close keep us in touch for hours. i dont spend an hour without lookig at my phone to check if i have email or facebook message. so ja technology has change the way we communicate compare to our folks way.
